Bluehost Business Email
We shifted to Hostgator last month. Before that, our site was hosted on with an Indian host called SquareBrothers. Our site suffered like hell during that period. The server breaks down every minute. Uptime was somewhere around 30%. They are a bunch of morons who cheat their customers. It was like a worst nightmare for us. I repeat Squarebrothers is the worst webhost in the world.
On hold for Bluehost to answer phone on a Sunday morning with “estimated wait time is 38 minutes”(somehow this was increased from my initial 31 minutes) Should I hang up now?. I noticed Bluehost answer phone very quickly if you call for their “sales” department and for the most part, each salesman I’ve talked to is very nice and also the tech department people.
I was completely new to having a website. The pricing is fair and relatively inexpensive. Whenever I have questions, I'm able to get answers through their web chat or by calling. I was able to build a basic website using the available free options through Bluehost. Their auto-renew is easy to manage. It's been relatively pain-free. I like the service and options.
