However, Bluehost has really kept me busy with their very slow servers causing not only extremely slow page load times, but “server time out” error messages and at least 1 server downtime per month. (and I only look at the site for a few hours per week, due to the frustration of not being able to upload/add to the site due to its extremely slow page load wait times).
I have used Bluehost both for a client and for my own applications. The customer service is above and beyond expectations. If I have a question I am not at all hesitant to contact customer service - some companies frustrate me to the point I would rather just find an answer myself because it seems I can do it faster and easier than the agent. Great question! Most good web hosts tend to offer 24/7 customer support and acknowledge that their customers are from all around the world so I wouldn’t worry too much about using an international host.
